The Technology Center of Guangdong Huineng Silicone Products Co., Ltd. is the company's core research and development institution, established in 2009 and evolving alongside the company. With a research and development area spanning over 1,200 square meters, it boasts a team of over 20 R&D personnel, including 2 national-level senior engineers. All core members possess over 10 years of experience in silicone material research and development. The center's research and development products encompass RTV silicone, addition-type potting adhesive, condensation-type potting adhesive, thermal conductive grease, high-temperature solid-state adhesive, etc. Focusing on the application challenges of LEDs, electronic appliances, new energy, 5G communication, construction machinery, chemical accessories, and other fields, the center independently develops unique raw materials and production processes to ensure product quality and high cost-effectiveness. Equipped with modern laboratories and testing rooms, the center possesses advanced equipment such as tensile testers, conductivity testers, dielectric constant testers, voltage withstand testers, thermal conductivity testers, salt spray machines, UV yellowing testers, flame retardant testers, high temperature and high humidity testers, etc., capable of completing the full process verification from raw material analysis to finished product performance testing, ensuring the reliability and stability of research and development results. The center has applied for over 10 patents and has led the development of multiple products such as "High Thermal Conductivity Flame Retardant Grease" and "Low Volatile Single-Component Silicone", which have passed certifications such as UL, FDA, ROHS, and REACH, filling some technical gaps in the domestic mid-to-high-end electronic silicone industry. Through industry-university-research cooperation, the center rapidly converts laboratory technology into mass production processes, driving the rapid development of the company's products in new fields such as new energy, automotive electronics, and 5G communication equipment.
